Brand Manager – Marketing & Digital Campaign Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to shape and drive our brand’s presence across digital channels. You will lead the development of brand strategies, oversee multi‑platform campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate the creative team including content writers, designers, and video creators.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to continuously improve brand performance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other cross‑functional teams to align brand initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop creative teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Burmese with good English proficiency.
