Brand Executive – Marketing & Brand Management

About the role

The Brand Executive supports the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to strengthen brand health, equity, sales, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual brand and category plans, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and category developments.
• Work with advertising and creative agencies to develop marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support budgeting, tracking, and reporting of brand marketing activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related roles, preferably in FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused with strong project‑management capabilities.
