Branch Manager – Ahlone Branch

About the role

AYA Bank is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily operations at its Ahlone branch. The role focuses on delivering efficient service, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth through digital banking and new product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, guaranteeing high‑quality customer service and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, set performance targets, and monitor operational KPIs.
• Resolve service issues promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote digital banking adoption and launch new products.
• Prepare operational reports, support internal and external audits, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, including performance coaching and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in banking or financial‑services operations, with solid knowledge of branch processes and product offerings.
• Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills for monitoring KPIs and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and the local language is beneficial.
