Branch IT Support Manager / Analyst

About the role

The Branch IT Support Manager/Analyst ensures that all banking equipment – from currency counting machines to multifunction printers – operates smoothly across multiple branches. The role combines preventive maintenance, rapid repair, inventory management, and technical assistance to minimise downtime and support bank staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all bank devices.
• Coordinate regular maintenance checks with branch managers.
• Oversee repair work and ensure timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Supervise subordinates to guarantee task completion and quality.
• Provide on‑site or remote technical support to employees.
• Maintain detailed service records and track parts requirements.
• Order spare parts and equipment as needed.
• Train staff on proper equipment usage and best practices.
• Monitor vendor compliance with service level agreements.
• Review and approve costs for services and parts.
• Travel to branches for maintenance visits.

Required profile

• Graduate degree preferred (B.E., B.Tech., AGTI or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in service and maintenance of banking equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, computers and networking.
• Willingness and ability to travel between branches.
