Bancassurance Associate

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Bancassurance Associate to partner with bank staff and drive life‑insurance sales. You will act as a bridge between the insurance business and banking branches, helping generate and close leads while supporting everyday banking transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist bank staff in generating life‑insurance leads during routine banking transactions.
• Close sales leads and achieve assigned targets.
• Support Branch Managers in growing the life‑insurance portfolio.
• Educate bank employees on Prudential’s life‑insurance products.
• Provide sales performance data and reporting to Branch Managers.
• Collaborate with bank sales and service teams to resolve customer queries and process claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing clients, and bank partners.
• Participate in joint promotional activities between the bank and Prudential.

Required profile

• Graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, insurance or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to liaise with clients and maintain healthy relationships with bank staff.
