B2B Presales Executive

About the role

Join Mytel’s B2B team as a Presales Executive, acting as the bridge between technology and business. You will help customers succeed by designing and presenting the right ICT and telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation.
• Design ICT & telecom solutions, prepare proposals, Bill of Quantities, architecture diagrams and presentations.
• Support customer meetings, proofs‑of‑concept, technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery.
• Assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Stay updated on new technologies, products and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Fresh graduates with solid technical knowledge are welcome.
