Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing. In this role you will drive growth across Business, Cloud & Digital, and Enterprise ICT solutions, managing key corporate and enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate, enterprise and key accounts.
• Drive sales of Internet, Connectivity, Cloud, Digital, Data Center and ICT solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop proposals, quotations and lead client negotiations.
• Drive upselling, cross‑selling and customer retention.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Experience in Internet, ISP or telecommunications environments is highly preferred.
• Banking experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of corporate and enterprise sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable results.
• Passion for technology, cloud, digital and ICT solutions.
