About the role

A Life Insurance is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead its Corporate Sales team at the Yangon head office. The role focuses on establishing sales and referral networks, building strong relationships with banking partners, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Successful candidates will drive business growth by creating and converting self‑sourced opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish sales and referral networks to maximize value from professional connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks to create a strong pipeline of insurance leads.
• Generate, qualify, and convert self‑sourced leads through networking, referrals, social media outreach, and direct prospecting.
• Drive end‑to‑end sales activities, from lead generation to successful deal closure, meeting sales targets.
• Maintain a robust prospect pipeline through independent lead generation and relationship‑building efforts.
• Close sales from personally acquired leads while ensuring high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in sales or the life‑insurance industry.
• Hold a valid life‑insurance license.
