Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) will support the HR team by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Working closely with department heads, you will help shape hiring strategies and contribute to overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and selection activities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage onboarding programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain recruitment databases and monitor key hiring metrics.
• Support HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and general HR functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Results‑driven with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
