Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a digital‑native storyteller to join our brand team as an Assistant Brand Manager. You will help shape brand presence across tourism, hospitality, lifestyle and destination experiences, turning insights and trends into compelling narratives that drive both perception and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies that increase growth, relevance and long‑term equity.
• Translate business objectives into brand initiatives that strengthen market positioning and customer preference.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, seasonal opportunities and cultural moments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Monitor travel, hospitality and lifestyle trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to generate actionable insights.
• Develop brand narratives, content pillars and storytelling frameworks across multiple brands.
• Oversee creation of campaign concepts, key visuals, social content, website messaging and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand positioning, value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Proactive attitude toward trend spotting and insight‑driven decision making.
