About the role
The Assistant Billing Manager is a full-time, on-site position in Yangon, responsible for supporting end-to-end billing operations and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily billing processes and prepare/review invoices.
- Maintain and optimise billing systems, track payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Support revenue cycle management activities and generate billing reports.
- Provide analytical insights to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations and customer service teams.
Required profile
- Strong skills in billing process and revenue cycle management.
- Practical experience with invoicing and billing systems.
- Solid analytical abilities and attention to numerical detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in billing, finance or accounting; diploma or degree in business, finance or related field is beneficial.
