Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales activities for our FMCG and beverage portfolio in Mawlamyine and surrounding districts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, wholesalers, and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a related industry.
• Experience in the beverage sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traditional trade and distributor management.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
