Agrochemical Sales Manager – Myanmar

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese crop‑protection company, is expanding its presence in Myanmar. We are seeking an experienced Agrochemical Sales Manager to drive consultative selling of our registered products, support local registration, and act as the primary brand representative in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end consultative sales activities, including product registration, sample delivery, introductions, and pricing negotiations.
• Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales proposals.
• Provide weekly updates to senior management on new activities, urgent issues, and market insights.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote our portfolio.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Myanmar business.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Myanmar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
