Agency Management Manager – Mandalay

About the role

The Agency Management Manager will lead sales, recruitment and distribution activities for our agency network in Mandalay. You will build strong referral relationships, motivate talent, and ensure the agency meets both short‑term and long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture sales and referral networks with local businesses.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to launch and grow the agency district.
• Design and deliver sales training and orientation programs for new hires.
• Analyse the business landscape and adjust sales & promotion strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute business plans that align with short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Monitor team performance to drive continuous, sustainable growth.
• Contribute to the overall management of the agency distribution area and shape distribution strategy.
• Manage cross‑functional projects impacting agency operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in finance or a service industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or senior management role.
• Proven track record in sales management, promotion, training and development.
• Experience implementing distribution strategies is a plus.
• Consistent record of career growth and achievement.
