Admin Officer – Vehicle Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to oversee our vehicle fleet. The role ensures that all company vehicles are safe, compliant, and used efficiently to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily vehicle schedules and routes based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle movements through the GPS tracking system and analyse route performance.
• Track fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle utilisation.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
• Coordinate with workshops and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage vehicle registration, road tax, insurance renewals and related documentation.
• Verify drivers’ licences are valid and ensure legal compliance.
• Handle vehicle accident cases, coordinate insurance claims and corrective actions.
• Supervise drivers’ attendance, leave, overtime and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare monthly fleet operation reports and maintain accurate fleet records.
• Support continuous improvement of fleet operations and perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet administration, vehicle management or transportation.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations and transportation management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A valid Myanmar driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with GPS tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
