About the role
The Admin & HR Executive will support both human resources and office administration functions, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, accurate employee records, and efficient office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and manage leave and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and probation reviews.
- Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing both physically and digitally.
- Manage contracts, service providers, and vendor relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration and/or HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with HR software (any)
