Accountant – Finance & Accounting Role

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to record, monitor and maintain daily financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting and support audit processes within our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record, monitor and maintain daily cash and bank transactions.
• Process bank deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash‑flow records.
• Enter accounting transactions accurately in Odoo ERP.
• Review and maintain payment vouchers, receipts, invoices and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash advances.
• Coordinate with banks on payment transactions and required documentation.
• Assist in preparing tax documents and liaise with the Tax Office.
• Prepare daily, monthly and periodic financial reports for management.
• Support monthly closing, account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
• Provide documents for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• LCCI Level 2/Level 3 or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Good working knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar accounting system.
• Knowledge of tax matters and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
