Account Manager - VIP Clients (APAC)

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve its VIP client portfolio across the APAC region. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a personalized, high‑touch experience while helping clients expand their trading activities on Binance’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, providing responsive, tailored support across Binance’s ecosystem.
• Build deep relationships by understanding clients’ trading behavior, business needs, and service expectations.
• Maintain high availability to resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth day‑to‑day account operations.
• Drive client retention, activity growth, and wallet‑share expansion through strategic engagement and customized solutions.
• Guide clients through Binance’s VIP program, product updates, and platform features.
• Identify commercial opportunities across Spot, Margin, Futures, Options, OTC, Earn and other product lines.
• Monitor client activity and performance, delivering data‑backed recommendations for growth.
• Prepare client updates, account reviews, and internal summaries highlighting performance, risk, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the crypto or digital‑asset industry, preferably in client‑facing or account‑management roles.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading products and market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze client data, anticipate needs, and propose growth‑focused solutions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
