Account Manager

About the role

Piyawasa Influencer Agency is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between brands, influencers (KOLs), and internal teams. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring influencer campaigns are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Plan, launch, and oversee influencer/KOL campaigns from briefing to execution.
• Identify suitable KOLs and creators, and coordinate their participation.
• Prepare detailed campaign briefs and track deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between clients, talent, and internal departments.
• Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on social media trends.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends.
• Familiarity with Myanmar’s digital and influencer landscape.
• Experience in KOL/Influencer marketing, digital marketing, account management, or agency environments is a plus.
