Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will sell products and services to meet sales targets for assigned businesses and territories, supporting the overall objectives of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support your manager in managing day‑to‑day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Implement action plans such as regular calls, visits and order taking to achieve sales targets.
• Track personal and team progress against KPIs, prioritising daily sales activities.
• Execute sales activities including product portfolio presentations, marketing plan introductions, order taking, display set‑ups and in‑store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices, delivery and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Report competitor activities and product information.
• Record sales data and maintain customer information in CRM databases.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, plans and customer satisfaction.
• Track and collect customer payments, maintain a complaints log and follow up on issues.
• Respond to customer orders and queries, informing them of promotions and new products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and develop key customer relationships.
