Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd. in Yangon to lead and support a variety of commercial property events and tenant engagement activities. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with leasing and marketing teams to drive lead generation and enhance tenant experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute commercial property events, launches, exhibitions, roadshows, activations and tenant engagement activities.
• Work closely with Leasing and Marketing teams to support leasing objectives, lead generation and tenant engagement.
• Coordinate event setup, logistics, manpower, equipment, transportation, on‑site operations and dismantling.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, agencies and temporary labour teams; obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and service terms.
• Manage marketing materials, signage, brochures and event branding in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee event documentation, budgets, timelines, expenses and supplier coordination.
• Assist with pre‑event planning and post‑event reporting, including results, feedback and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, operations, property, retail or hospitality.
• Experience with commercial property or property‑related events is an advantage.
• Strong skills in event coordination, vendor management, negotiation and logistics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, responsible and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
