Field Team Manager

About the role

The Field Team Manager leads NielsenIQ's Retail Measurement Services (RMS) field operations in Myanmar, ensuring high‑quality data collection and compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate field teams to deliver timely, validated data to clients.
• Provide fiscal planning, budgeting, and overall financial management for collection teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to align operational and business strategies.
• Drive productivity, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience, including 4 years in a leadership role within Nielsen Operations or a comparable business.
• Proven experience in budgeting, managing outsourced/off‑shoring operations, and leading multi‑functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust across multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the home market.

Required skills
