Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative handles inbound sales orders, customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring high service levels and timely processing of orders. You will work closely with operations teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound customer orders, queries and complaints via hotline.
• Document customer details and issues, and follow up with outbound calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders accurately in SAP and monitor open sales orders to prevent delays.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on recurring issues and improvement areas.
• Liaise with operations teams for issue resolution and follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of processes, products and price lists.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer service environment.
• Fluency in the local language and preferably written English.
• Graduated education (any field).

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with SAP.
• Basic Excel usage for data verification and calculations.
• Experience with CRM systems.
