Customer Service Representative – Assistant Level

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative at the assistant level to join our CSR team and support Ulink Assist Myanmar’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, address complaints and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide personalized service and address customer needs via phone and email.
• Document and report customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain and update the customer database using internal systems.
• Coordinate with the operations team to supply necessary information for customer requests.
• Monitor and acknowledge emails from members and providers.
• Update tracking files with current status.
• Participate in developing training processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet operational requirements.
• Meet assigned deadlines and perform duties according to business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven experience in a call‑center customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Myanmar for phone and email interactions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team‑player with good collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
