Business Development Manager – Remote (Myanmar)

About the role

PU Prime, a global CFD broker, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base, Introducing Broker network and trading volume in Myanmar. The position is fully remote and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners.
• Acquire new clients and increase trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Drive monthly net deposit, trading volume and revenue targets.
• Monitor partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and senior management to support market growth.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of business development or sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or active clients in Myanmar is preferred.
• Proven sales performance with recent business records.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Fluent in English and Burmese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Forex.
• Knowledge of CFDs.
• Proficiency with MetaTrader 4 (MT4).
• Proficiency with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
• Understanding of partnership business models.
