Business Associate

About the role

The Business Associate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering suitable insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves guiding customers through policy applications, supporting claim processes, and delivering after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and assist with policy applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issuance, endorsement, renewal and cancellation of policies.
• Ensure all customer documents and records are complete and accurate.
• Support customers in claim submission and monitor claim status.
• Respond to inquiries and provide after‑sales service.
• Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Unit Leader or Manager.

Required profile

• Any graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in sales, insurance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of insurance operations and claims processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
