Assistant Agency Manager – General Insurance

About the role

The Assistant Agency Manager (General Insurance) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon, responsible for overseeing daily agency operations and supporting the sales team in delivering high‑quality insurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales teams, monitor performance, and coach agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Coordinate client acquisition activities, participate in client meetings, and support claims and policy servicing processes.
• Prepare regular performance reports, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Strong sales, customer relationship management and client service experience in financial services or insurance.
• Experience in team supervision, performance tracking, and coaching or mentoring sales staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and basic data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for presenting information to clients and team members.
