Regional Bancassurance Manager

About the role

The Regional Bancassurance Manager will lead life insurance sales through bank partners across the assigned region in Myanmar. Based in Yangon, this full‑time position focuses on driving growth, managing performance and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor sales targets for bancassurance across regional bank branches.
• Coach and train bank staff and internal sales teams on products, processes and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
• Analyse regional performance data, prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in sales management, preferably in bancassurance, insurance or financial services.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities with bank partners.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop sales teams, with a focus on performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• High level of integrity, customer focus and adaptability to a dynamic market.
