Area Manager, Field Sales

About the role

The Area Manager, Field Sales will lead the execution of expansion strategies across regions, channels and products, building long‑term relationships with key clients to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement group‑wide and business‑unit expansion strategies to achieve short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities, securing a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies and provide decision‑making insights.
• Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, set pricing and manage contract renegotiations.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve business development processes.
• Coordinate workforce capability and client data management activities.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with potential clients and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing client and customer accounts.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and market‑research skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
