Sales Representative – Drive Growth through Customer Outreach

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will accelerate business growth by proactively reaching out to customers, building strong relationships, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. You will work across assigned territories to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories.
• Prioritize and review daily sales activities, including calls and visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Solicit orders, arrange product demonstrations, and generate quotation opportunities.
• Report on competitor activities and maintain accurate sales data for reporting.
• Update customer information in CRM systems and log customer complaints for follow‑up.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to refine sales processes and increase customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Familiarity with the assigned territories, products or services and strong selling abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
