Educateur/trice de jeunes enfants – CDI

About the role

Babilou is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator (EJE) to support the holistic development of children in its nurseries. You will create a safe, stimulating environment where each child can explore, learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the affective, motor and social development of children.
• Design and implement activities that foster autonomy and curiosity.
• Maintain and promote the pedagogical project of the centre.
• Support the team in daily practices and share best practices.
• Build trusting relationships with families and communicate observations.

Required profile

• Qualified as an Educateur de Jeunes Enfants (EJE) or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to child development and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Willingness to observe and adapt support for each child.
