Show Producer – Entertainment & Reality TV

About the role

Take end‑to‑end ownership of entertainment and reality show productions, guiding each project from concept development through shooting, post‑production and final delivery. You will work closely with the Project Head, Management and the Production Manager to translate creative vision into realistic production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, shooting plans, call sheets and rundowns, ensuring operational contingency solutions are in place.
• Coordinate locations, talent, contestants, crew, equipment, props, stage requirements, permits and logistics across all departments.
• Partner with the Production Manager to monitor budgets, resources, safety requirements and overall operational readiness.
• Lead on‑ground shooting operations with the Director, managing daily set flow and making rapid decisions during unexpected situations.
• Capture authentic reality moments, character arcs, competition tension and audience‑worthy story beats.
• Brief and manage celebrities, hosts, coaches and contestants, fostering a high‑performance environment on set.
• Guide post‑production workflows with editors and Creative Directors, shaping episode narrative, pacing and visual graphics.
• Integrate commercial sponsor benefits and product placements naturally while maintaining entertainment value.
• Ensure compliance with broadcasters’ technical specifications, censorship guidelines, delivery schedules and final master requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience in TV production, reality shows, entertainment programmes or large‑scale content production.
• In‑depth knowledge of complete production workflows, including camera setups, lighting, audio, art direction and post‑production.
• Proven ability to read and manage production schedules, rundowns, call sheets and operational budgets.
• Demonstrated track record of managing talent, contestants, production crews and cross‑functional teams under high‑pressure environments.
