Remote Full‑Time Counselor / Psychiatrist (Telehealth)

About the role

mental heal is seeking a licensed mental‑health professional to join its remote team as a Counselor or Psychiatrist. You will provide confidential individual, couple, and group sessions, assess client needs, and create evidence‑based treatment plans while contributing to the platform’s educational and wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct confidential individual, couple, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Assess mental‑health needs, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and manage electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in workshops, trainings, and mental‑health awareness campaigns.
• Uphold ethical standards, client safety, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Licensed or board‑eligible mental‑health professional (Counselor, Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist) with appropriate jurisdictional credentials.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatry, or related field, with required supervised clinical hours.
• Demonstrated experience in individual, couple, and group counseling; psychiatric assessment and treatment planning for psychiatrists.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and communicate non‑judgmentally.
• Experience delivering telehealth or remote mental‑health services is highly beneficial.
