RAN Engineer – Nokia Networks

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and L2 troubleshooting for Nokia 2G/3G/4G/LTE and SRAN networks.
• Monitor RAN performance, alarms, availability, and network health.
• Troubleshoot Nokia RAN equipment including BTS, BSC, RNC, SBTS, EMS/OMS, and NetAct.
• Support RAN commissioning, integration, configuration, software upgrades, and site troubleshooting.
• Analyze network alarms, identify root causes, and coordinate with field teams and L3/vendor support.
• Handle customer technical tickets, provide updates, and produce technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RAN/Wireless/Radio Network engineering.
• Ability to work under pressure, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate with technical teams.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Nokia RAN products (2G/3G/4G/LTE, SRAN).
• Knowledge of Nokia equipment such as BTS, BSC, RNC, SBTS, EMS/OMS, and NetAct.
• Familiarity with IP networking and basic Linux administration.
• Proficiency in alarm analysis and root‑cause troubleshooting.
• Good English communication for technical coordination.
