Operations Executive (Complaint Handling)

About the role

The Operations Executive will manage complaint matters related to insurance policies, claim settlements, fraud investigations and appeals. The role works closely with panel hospitals, clinics and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all complaint matters concerning insurance policies, unsatisfactory claim settlements, fraud claims, appeals, denials, and payment delays.
• Liaise with panel hospitals, clinics and medical service providers during complaint handling.
• Ensure complaints are followed up and settled within the defined SLA.
• Manage medical evacuation and assistance cases on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Arrange printing and delivery of medical insurance cards to member companies and organisations.
• Create designs for social media channels when required.
• Perform assigned duties according to operational needs and support team training initiatives.
• Enforce company policies and procedures within the office at all times.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Team Leader and Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or clear educational standing.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, complaint handling or operations support.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Myanmar (English proficiency will be assessed).
• Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective use of email for professional communication.
• Competent internet navigation and research skills.
