Operations Assistant

About the role

The Operations Assistant supports the processing of financial transactions and loan disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. This role collaborates closely with team members to streamline workflows and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing financial transactions and verify accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve transaction workflows.
• Create loan records using the Aye Say Pay and Salary Loan software.
• Prepare and submit payment orders after confirming details with the Relationship Manager.
• Draft contracts and record loan disbursements in the Loan Dashboard.
• Maintain digital copies of contracts in OneDrive and ZEGA Share folders.
• Store original contracts and insurance policies in Saft Box with proper registers.
• Enter data and handle objections in relevant registries (RTA, YCDC, DUD) based on loan collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within the finance industry.
