Marketing Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute the hospital’s marketing strategy, lead digital initiatives, and drive patient acquisition across all service lines. This role reports to the COO and Managing Director and works closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and overall brand strategy.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, content creation and brand communications.
• Design and manage campaigns for hospital services, specialties, doctors and health packages.
• Drive patient inquiries, appointment conversions and acquisition through targeted campaigns.
• Build partnerships with doctors, clinics, corporate organisations and community stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate health events, talks, outreach programmes and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and patient insights.
• Track and report marketing KPIs, campaign performance and ROI to senior management.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors and external agencies.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management abilities.
• Creative, commercially minded and strong in execution.
