About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support the Marketing team with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The role involves preparing documents, managing materials, and assisting with campaign organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain marketing-related documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
- Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and related documentation.
- Prepare purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Support social media content creation and campaign coordination.
Required profile
- Graduated or undergraduate degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing administration or a related role.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
