HR Manager – Recruitment & Selection

About the role

The HR Manager – Recruitment & Selection is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates in line with manpower requirements and business needs. The role partners with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and supports employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request, job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offer.
• Partner with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to identify staffing requirements.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and support candidate assessment and selection.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and build a strong talent pool for critical positions.
• Coordinate recruitment channels, agencies, job portals, universities, and social media platforms.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance, and vacancy status.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, approved manpower plans, and employment requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Management.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, manpower planning, and HR practices.
• Able to handle multiple vacancies and work effectively under deadlines.
