Business Development Executive (Agency)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new insurance agents, and to expand our agency network within assigned areas. The role involves working closely with agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new insurance agents.
• Identify potential agents and expand the agency network in assigned territories.
• Assist agents in meeting sales, premium, and productivity targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and follow up on sales activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with agents.
• Provide information on insurance products, campaigns, procedures, and company updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve agent and customer issues.
• Ensure agent activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or agency distribution (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong interest and potential in sales and insurance may be considered.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑oriented with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and agents.
