About the role
The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring the right talent is attracted, screened and hired in line with manpower planning and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute vacancy announcements using appropriate online and offline channels.
- Screen CVs, manage interview schedules, and coordinate panel interviews and written tests.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards and CV databases.
- Conduct background and blacklist checks, obtain management approvals and manage offers and negotiations.
- Oversee medical checks for accepted candidates and support any additional projects assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
- Strong networking, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized and proactive.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
