Senior System Analyst (Odoo)

About the role

The Senior System Analyst (Odoo) will lead the implementation, optimisation and support of Odoo ERP solutions for KINGS International School. You will work closely with academic, HR, finance and operations teams to translate business needs into functional Odoo configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and produce Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRIS, Student Management, POS) and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with developers for customisations, conduct UAT and validate system changes.
• Train end‑users, create manuals and SOPs, and provide post‑implementation support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with Odoo.
• Strong understanding of accounting, procurement, inventory, CRM, sales and HR processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
