Senior Officer – Up Skilling & Specialized Training

About the role

The Senior Officer in the Up Skilling and Specialized Training Unit will support the bank’s Learning & Development initiatives, focusing on English language training and overall employee skill enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate English language training sessions for staff.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous delivery of training programs.
• Prepare training venues, materials, technical equipment and communicate logistics to participants.
• Maintain accurate training calendars, records and update data as needed.
• Assist with onboarding programs and group learning initiatives.
• Provide support for both online and face‑to‑face training sessions.
• Collect participant feedback, track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support the Head of Department with ad‑hoc tasks and projects.

Required profile

• University degree; a diploma or certificate in English language is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, training or L&D.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
