Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑quality visual content for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, events and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with A Insurance’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, digital ads and corporate communications.
• Design digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics and animated content for social media, campaigns, events and digital platforms.
• Produce event‑related creative materials, including themes, backdrops, stage designs and signage.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs, adhering to guidelines for color, typography, imagery and visual standards.
• Collaborate with Brand, MarCom, Digital Marketing, Brand Talent and other teams on creative projects.
• Utilise AI‑powered creative tools to support concept development and production.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers and production teams to ensure high‑quality output.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, brand or creative design.
• Strong visual sense, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Up‑to‑date with design trends, technologies and marketing innovations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency with motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout, composition, color theory and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating digital, print, social media and motion design assets.
