Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Techno Galaxy is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visual concepts for both digital and print campaigns. Based on‑site in Mayangone, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate brand strategies into compelling designs that deliver "wow" moments for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for brand identities, marketing collateral, social media assets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to gather project requirements and ensure design alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee design projects from initial concept through final delivery, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative creative environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously raise creative standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within an agency or fast‑paced creative setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing effective visual solutions, logo design, and brand identity work.
• Excellent visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in typography and layout design.
• Hands‑on experience in logo design and brand development.
• Ability to produce high‑resolution assets for both digital and print media.
