Senior Finance Manager – Real Estate Project Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide financial oversight across real estate developments, shaping performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing, reconciliations, consolidations and financial statement preparation.
• Manage real estate project finance including budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, funding requirements, cost monitoring and financial analysis.
• Lead the accounting team, oversee operating and capital budgets, strengthen financial controls and improve accounting processes and systems.
• Develop practical budgeting frameworks, accounting policies and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum seven years of finance experience with at least five years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in real‑estate project finance and strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership, sound knowledge of accounting practices and financial controls.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Burma‑based finance professionals currently overseas are encouraged to apply.
