Senior Cloud System Engineer (Microsoft Azure)

About the role

In this role you will join a technical team delivering multiple projects and managed services using Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will support customers by aligning technology with business goals, even under challenging circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, ensuring successful project execution and daily operations.
• Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare Scope of Work, Test Cases, Known Issues and Limitations for assigned projects and services.
• Respond promptly to escalated customer requests, handling diagnostics, escalation, resolution and closure within SLA.
• Implement enterprise‑scale solutions in production environments following best‑practice frameworks.
• Configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services including Compute, Network, Storage and related hybrid solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in career development planning for team members.
