Senior Agency Distribution Training Specialist

About the role

The Senior Agency Distribution Training Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for Manulife’s agency force in Taunggyi. This role ensures agents are equipped with product knowledge, licensing expertise and sales skills while maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and facilitate product knowledge, agent licensing and sales training sessions for agency staff.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses to keep content relevant and effective.
• Monitor training success rates, collect feedback and implement improvements.
• Prepare, analyse and maintain accurate training data and reports.
• Identify and report compliance risks, support audit activities and implement corrective actions.
• Stay informed of current training trends and incorporate innovative techniques.
• Assist the Audit Department with audit‑related tasks and follow‑up on rectifications.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong background in financial services training or a similar regulated industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High integrity, credibility and a strong work ethic.
• Customer‑service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills
