Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the residential development sales team, driving revenue and ensuring a premium customer experience for a luxury property brand. Reporting to the Director of Residential Development, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on negotiation and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage sales negotiations, ensuring profitable deal closures and high‑value transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, agents and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the sales gallery’s operations, presentation standards and service quality.
• Monitor market feedback, customer needs and partner concerns, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Track sales performance, pipeline and follow‑up activities to sustain consistent business growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer transactions.
• Handle escalated issues professionally, guaranteeing timely resolution and a premium customer experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in residential property sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Previous experience leading or managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly driven, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
