Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a sales team in North Dagon Township, driving revenue growth across MIB’s FMCG, retail and fashion portfolios. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on strategy, performance monitoring and strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team, set targets and develop growth strategies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure effective coverage of key accounts and retail outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and partners.
• Coordinate promotional activities and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand and contribute to budgeting and planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail or fashion, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting and territory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and recommend improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
